- Late September, when the crowds thin and the sea is warmest

What began as a fisherman’s shack has become Lebanon’s most photographed beach bar: weathered wood, hand-painted signs, hammocks slung between palms, and the open Mediterranean lapping at the deck. The food is simple — grilled fish, frites, mojitos — but the alchemy is in the light. Come at 5pm and stay until the stars come out.
