Opened in 2002, Eddé Sands set the template for the modern Lebanese beach club: a tiered hillside of pools, restaurants, bungalows and a private sandy beach, all stitched into the cliffs just south of Byblos. Generations of Beirutis have spent summer Saturdays here, drifting between the children’s pool, the adults-only Z bar, and lazy lunches under the cabanas.
